Who you'll talk to

Seven years inside automotive retail.

Matt has spent seven years inside dealership marketing, across forty-five separate dealerships in seven automotive groups. He knows the OEM programs, the co-op rules and how a group is actually structured, and he owns the commercial relationship from the first meeting onward.

“I treat every campaign like it's my own business. If it doesn't move your number, we're doing the wrong work.”
Matt Arnot · Director & Head of Growth, Zib Digital

  • “Have worked with Matt at Zib over the past couple of years and have found his knowledge, communication and processes used to optimise my reach to be flawless and driven by data. He regularly updates me on suggested pivots based on what the market is doing. Strongly recommend reaching out to Matt for a chat.”

    Google review · Zib Digital

  • “The team at ZIB has been exceptional from the moment I first reached out. They began by conducting thorough audits across all my platforms. The audit uncovered a significant gap in my strategy, I was missing out on a large portion of the market while my competitors were capturing that business. They deliver real results without the empty promises and jargon that so many others offer.”

    Chris Chalmers

    Google review · Zib Digital

  • “I had been referred to these guys and spoke with Matt directly. He was hand on heart the most honest AdWords/marketing guy I've spoken to - he pointed me in the right direction to a better strategy and saved me a heap of money in the process. Absolutely recommend you chat to him.”

FAQs

Straight answers.

Can we outrank the manufacturer's site?

The manufacturer owns the model search. You can own the suburb: model plus suburb, "demo", "runout" and "test drive near me", the local searches the manufacturer's site can't win for you.

How do we handle runout?

Plate change, EOFY and runout campaigns are built in advance, with budget held back to fund them. Aged stock, demos and runout each get a different campaign.

Is service worth marketing?

Service, parts and tyres are often the best margin in the business and the least contested search in the category, and they get their own fixed-operations campaigns.

Who talks to the customer?

Your team. Enquiries are routed by department, location and salesperson with the source attached, and uncontacted leads are flagged past the agreed window.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee, plus a one-off setup to connect your stock, accounts and lead sources. Both are scoped on the demo.
