Why Squad HQ exists

AI creates value when it’s built around how a business really runs.

Squad HQ was created by business and technology leaders who had spent years building companies, teams, marketing systems and custom technology. They saw that AI could create enormous value, but only when it was combined with real operating knowledge, connected to the systems a business already uses and implemented with people, not imposed on them.

The result is Squad HQ: squads of AI and real people, built to do practical work and get better over time. We start with the commercial problem, then choose the technology.
